Our Construction Process

First, we discuss over the phone or email the basics of the project and a general budget. Then we meet on site to discuss the visions and scope of work. Discuss potential solutions and routes to take to the end goal. 

Follow-up with a free estimate.

Depending on the project, we will collect a $500-$1500 design fee to create design concepts whether that is 2D or 3D.

During this time we will work together to create and plan a design that exceeds your expectations

Then we will provide a full estimate proposal with allowances for product selection and design options.

- Complete a contract which both parties are satisfied with and collect a 10% deposit to secure a time frame in our schedule. 

- Make product finalizations to factor into the budget.

- Collect first progress payment schedule start date, and order materials.

- Any necessary permitting and planning is complete and we are ready to begin work.

- Project meetings and communication based on the flow of the project.

- Efficiency and cost-minded actions are taken throughout construction.

- Construction site is properly maintained and safely executed.

- A final punch list is created and a completion walkthrough are done to ensure work is complete and satisfactory per the scope of work. 

- All payments have been completed.
